Having paid money to have access to penpal listings so I could contact people, do I get a partial refund now that it's been discontinued?
All monies received by the service went directly to the expenses to keep the service online. Even with those monies, the webmasters usually had to make up a monthly shortfall out of their own pocket. The service, as well as the webmasters, is broke, therefore there can be no refunds.
